By commissioning me, you are agreeing to use the artwork exclusively for personal use.

Once payment is confirmed, I will start the artwork. You can also discuss down payment if full payment is not a possibility.

The work may take time! If you want the artwork done within an urgent timeframe please let me know beforehand.

I own the copyright of any work created for you. The only exception is if legal documentation stating otherwise is accepted or employment takes factor in the creation of the artwork.

I retain the right to deny a commission.

You are automatically allowed to use the artwork for personal use (Such as avatars/banners)

You MAY also repost the artwork but ONLY if credit is properly given.

You are NOT allowed TO trace the artwork or use it to train ai models.

You are eligible for a refund if I have not yet started the work, other situations may also apply.

You are free to request for edits during its sketch phase, if you still require edits upon its completion then there may be a 5 USD charge depending on the amount you need.
